Q - How much do you charge for standard shipping?
A – For small standard items (items that fit in a small pack n’ send box), our standard charge is $6.00 per item, for medium standard items (items that fit in a medium pack n’ send box), $8.00, and for large standard items (items that fit in a large pack n’ send box), $10.00
            Now a standard item is any product that will fit inside a box that is 20” x 20” x 20” (this is the largest size of a large standard item box) or less.  Anything larger than that will be considered non-standard and will vary based on shipping weight and size.  Any of these items will be automatically calculated at check-out.


Q - I'm looking for a particular product, but you don't seem to have it?
A - Have no fear!  If we don't offer it online, you can also check us out in person at our Kaysville shop.  If that's not a possibility, feel free to contact our Sales department to place a Special Order Request, and we'll pull a few strings to get the item.  Please include your Name, the phone number to best reach you during normal business hours, and an email address along with a description of the item you're looking for.



Q - I've recently placed an order, now what?
A - Well following payment authorization, you should receive an email identifying your order, along with tracking information, if available at the time of being sent.  If the tracking information isn't provided, you will receive another email with the shipping courier and tracking number/ID.  If you go more than 48 hours without hearing from us, please Contact Us immediately to make sure we have received full payment and your order has been processed.



Q - I've recently purchased an item, and need to return it...
A - Well, first, if you received your order and it ends up being the wrong size or different color than what you original requested (just some of many possible reasons), feel free to contact our Customer Support Center and we'll be more than happy to send you the correct size or color (or whatever you concern may be).  If you decide that you would like to return the purchased item(s), make a request to our Product Return Center, where they'll be able to set you up with all the appropriate information and such to return the item.  This must be done within 14 days of initial purchase for a full-refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling.)
